Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them:
- Unworn and unused (try‑on at home is okay)
- No scratches, adjustments, or signs of wear
- All original accessories included: case, box, cloth, authenticity cards, tags
- Security stickers/tags (if any) intact
Returns that arrive outside these guidelines may be refused or issued a partial refund.
Non‑returnable items
- Custom prescription lenses already installed in the frame (the frame portion is refundable)
- Gift cards and final sale items (if marked as such)
- Items missing original accessories or with visible wear/damage
- Any product modified by a third party (e.g., adjustments, lens swaps) after delivery
Blue light filtering without a prescription is treated like standard lenses and is returnable if unused and installed in demo condition only. If installed as custom cut lenses, it follows the RX policy above.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos if the item is damaged/defective.
- We’ll reply with an RMA number and a prepaid label (US only) if you choose to use it.
- Pack items securely in the original case/box with all accessories and your RMA inside.
- Ship within 7 days of receiving your RMA. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
Return shipping options (US):
• Use our prepaid label — a flat $9.95 is deducted from your refund.
• Use your own carrier — keep tracking and insure your package; fees are your responsibility.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a free prepaid label.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? We can hold your requested item once your return is in transit. One-way exchange shipping is complimentary within the US. If the new item price differs, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
Refund timelines
- Inspection typically completes within 1–2 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 2–3 business days after inspection.
- Your bank/card may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the funds.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If a prepaid label was used, $9.95 is deducted except for defective/damaged/incorrect items.
International returns
International customers may return within 30 days. Return shipping, duties, and taxes are customer responsibility. We recommend an insured, trackable service. Customs duties and taxes are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them locally.
Defects & damage
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll provide a free prepaid label and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
RX lens guarantee
For custom prescription orders, we offer a one‑time lens remake within 30 days for issues related to prescription accuracy, coatings, or lens defects. If the frame is returned, we refund the frame portion; lenses are non‑refundable as they are custom‑made.
Packaging & condition
Returns must include all original packaging and accessories:
- Prada case and retail box
- Cleaning cloth
- Authenticity materials/cards
- Any tags or security stickers
Ship in a sturdy outer carton. Do not ship in the product case alone. Frames should be protected to prevent lens or finish scratches in transit.
