1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Prada Glasses Women (“PradaGlassesWomen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

3) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion for any lawful reason.

4) Products & Authenticity

• All eyewear is sourced through authorized channels. Each unit undergoes a multi‑point inspection (logo, codes, hinges, finish) and ships with original packaging when available.
• Colors and finishes may vary due to lighting and display settings. Product dimensions are approximate.
• Availability is not guaranteed; quantities may be limited and subject to change without notice.

5) Prescription & Blue‑Light Lenses

• By ordering prescription lenses, you confirm the prescription (RX) and pupillary distance (PD) provided are accurate and issued by a licensed professional within their valid period.
• We offer single‑vision or progressive options with coatings (e.g., anti‑reflective, scratch‑resistant). Blue‑light filtering is available with or without prescription.
• Lens customizations are made‑to‑order and may be final sale. See the Returns section for details.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected at any time.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• For international orders (if available), you are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.

7) Payments

• We accept major payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal (subject to change). Your payment provider may apply additional fees.
• By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us to charge the full order amount including taxes, shipping, and any service fees.
• Orders may be subject to verification and fraud checks. We may cancel or refuse orders that fail verification.

8) Orders & Cancellations

• Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made promptly. Once processing begins (especially for prescription lenses), changes may not be possible.
• If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

9) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship on business days. Posted transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report issues within 48 hours.
• Orders over $150 may qualify for free standard shipping within the US. Some exclusions apply (oversized cases, remote areas, promotions).

10) Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition with all accessories.
• Lens customizations may be final sale unless defective. Frames fitted with custom lenses must be returned with those lenses.
• Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after receipt and inspection.

11) Warranty, Repairs & Fit

• Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply to defects in materials and workmanship and exclude wear‑and‑tear or misuse.
• We can advise on adjustments and fit. Local opticians can often complete minor adjustments.
• Contact us for assistance with repair options where available.

12) Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or previous purchases.
• Gift cards and store credit are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash where prohibited by law.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, photos, and code) is owned by or licensed to PradaGlassesWomen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, including “Prada,” belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.

14) User Reviews & Content

• By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
