  • Order cutoff: 14:00 ET for same-day ship (non-RX)

Ships within 1 business day. Orders placed after 14:00 ET process next business day.

Prescription Lenses

Lab fitting, QA, and alignment add 2–4 business days before shipment. We’ll email if your RX needs clarification.

Peak & Holidays

During peak season, allow +1 business day for processing. We’ll always show the most accurate ETA at checkout.

Delivery Issues & Resolutions

Delayed or stalled tracking

Most delays clear within 24–48 hours. If no movement after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll intervene with the carrier.

Marked delivered, not received

Check with neighbors and building staff. Then email us within 48 hours so we can open a trace and support you with next steps.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and contents and contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per your preference.

Shipping FAQ

Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders $150+ within the contiguous US. Orders below $150 ship at a flat $7.95.

Prescription orders require 2–4 business days for lens cutting, mounting, and quality checks. We’ll ship immediately after QA clears.

We can update the address before fulfillment begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number: [email protected].

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Yes on Standard service via USPS. Expedited and Next Day options may require a street address and may not be available for APO/FPO.

Orders of $300+ and select high-value items include Signature Required. If needed, request a hold at a carrier location for pickup.
